Bilkis bano gangrape case

Biklis Bano gangrape is very painful case. Every men who were sentenced to life imprisonment in the Bilkis Bano gangrape case of 2002 we're released from godhra sub jail on Monday ( August -15 ) after a panel set up by the gujrat government approved their application for emissions of the sentence. 
Bilkis was brutally gangrapped during the commercial violence. The violence is started on 27 feb 2002. After a one day this violence Bilkis and her family was goes to another state. In this time Bilkis was 21 year old and a 3 year old child. And she was pregnant in this time. On March 2002 the family reached Chapparwad village. In this place A 10 to 20 people are attacked the Bilkis family .Seven members of her family killed by rioters. And 6 people are missing. And Bilkis and her mother and 3 other women are raped by rioters.  Bilkis was unconscious after this raped. When he was consciousness she borrowed the clothes advasi women. with the help of home guard he reached limkheda police station. In jan 2008 , a special court 11 accused of conspiring to rape a pregnant woman, murder. 
  A Gujarat government was announced he gave 5 lakh compassion of bilkis bano. But she is not accepted. Supreme Court told Gujarat government to gave 50 lakh compassion of bilkis bano.

प्रताड़ना झेलने को विवश आधी महिलाएँ

दुनिया का हर एक इंसान अपने सम्मान और सुरक्षा की उम्मीद  रखता है. पर अफसोस की बात, तो यह है कि आज भी हमारे देश में महिलाओं को उनके ही  घर में सम्मान का माहौल नहीं मिल रहा है. देश की आबादी का आधा हिस्सा होने के बावजूद औरतें अपने घर में अपना मानवीय हक तक भी हासिल नहीं कर पाई है. घर में उनके साथ हिंसक घटनाएं होती रहती है ं, फिर भी वह चुप्पी लगाये रहती है. अगर हम संविधान की दृष्टि से देखें तो यह बिल्कुल गलत है.
